These Terms and Conditions govern your use of soulformspace.com and the services offered by Soulform Space LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing our site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms in full.
Our Services
Soulform Space LLC offers 1:1 sessions and experiences incorporating spiritual hypnotherapy, life coaching, tarot reading, and other holistic or intuitive modalities. Sessions may be delivered virtually or in person. Current offerings, formats, and pricing are listed on our site and booking platform and are subject to change. The terms and pricing in effect at the time of your booking govern your purchase.
Nature of Services — Important
The services offered by Soulform Space LLC are holistic and complementary in nature. They are not a form of psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. Christina Nguyen is not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or mental health professional. Nothing shared during any session constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Spiritual hypnotherapy is offered as non-therapeutic hypnotism — the use of hypnosis to support positive thinking and self-hypnosis. By law, no health benefit claims may be made for this service. Life coaching is a forward-focused, subjective practice; all final decisions remain the client's responsibility. Tarot readings are offered as a reflective tool for personal exploration and are not predictive in nature.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary by individual. If you are in a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately. For crisis support, call 988 or 911.
Booking and Payment
All services are booked through our booking platform and payment is processed via our third-party payment processor. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; clients with active bookings are honored at the rate in effect at time of purchase.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee. No refunds are issued for completed sessions. Refund and cancellation terms for multi-session packages are outlined at the time of purchase and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.
Our Right to Decline or Discontinue Service
We care deeply about the integrity of this work and the wellbeing of both client and practitioner. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where we determine the work is not a good fit, continued engagement would not serve the client's highest good, or a client's conduct is disrespectful or inconsistent with the spirit of this agreement. If we discontinue at our initiative, we will refund any unused prepaid sessions on a prorated basis.
Session Delivery
Virtual sessions require a functioning device with video and audio, a stable internet connection, and a private space. We are not responsible for technical disruptions on the client's end. In-person sessions take place at a mutually agreed location. You are responsible for travel to and from that location. We are not liable for incidents during travel or at third-party venues. Following any hypnotherapy session, please ensure you are fully alert before driving or operating any machinery.
Confidentiality and Recording
All client information and session content is held in strict confidence. Virtual sessions may be recorded for internal note-taking; you will be notified at booking and continued participation constitutes acknowledgment. In-person sessions are not recorded without explicit prior consent. Client feedback may only be used for testimonials with your prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on soulformspace.com — including copy, brand assets, session materials, frameworks, and guided experiences — is the intellectual property of Soulform Space LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulform Space LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services, including personal decisions made following sessions, technical failures, or incidents at third-party venues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at hello@soulformspace.com so we can work toward resolution in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.
